If you are here you probably have a high level of stress and don't know what to do about it or need someone to help you hold yourself accountable while you're transitioning.

What is a relaxation coach? Someone who uses their knowledge of psychology (how the mind works) and physiology (how the body works) to personalize relaxation techniques to help the client reduce stress and relax their body and mind.

Relaxation Coaching Services

Individual coaching sessions (virtual)- single or ongoing one-on-one relaxation coaching

 

30 Days of Relaxation Program- a 30-day intensive program that includes daily education, check-in, and activities, to assess and provide an individualized plan to empower the individual on how to handle stress on their own.

 

Group coaching sessions- this is a one-time hourly session that can be virtual or in-person, this option is for organizations, teams, couples, or families.
