SELF MAINTENANCE MASSAGE
Using self reported information as well as in person assessment, I use various bodywork techniques to assist in guiding the client to a more relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated state.
Great for general pain management, everyday stress relief, and regular body maintenance.
STRETCH & MASSAGE
15 minutes of assisted stretching followed by 60 minutes of hands on bodywork.
Great for increasing flexibility and range of motion.
A massage for the mind, body, and soul. It includes a mixture of different types of therapy that aim to release the blockages from the physical, emotional, ,mental and astral bodies. The therapies that may be used include but are not limited to, sound therapy, reiki, guided meditation, visceral manipulation, reflexology, etc.
A massage that will take you to the depths of relaxation, by approaching relaxation from every sense. Essential oils will be diffused through the room. It also includes infused massage lotion.
Note: 30 minutes of the time allotted is for relaxing in the room post massage. Ex. The 90 minute session is 60 minutes of massage and 30 mins of relaxation after. The 2 hour session is 90 minutes of massage and 30 minutes of relaxation.
