SELF MAINTENANCE MASSAGE

Using self reported information as well as in person assessment, I use various bodywork techniques to assist in guiding the client to a more relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated state.

Great for general pain management, everyday stress relief, and regular body maintenance.

15 minutes of assisted stretching followed by 60 minutes of hands on bodywork.

Great for increasing flexibility and range of motion.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE

A relaxation massage that supports the health of the mother's body as it goes through the changes of pregnancy.

SELF CARE FOR CHILDREN

Recommended for ages 12 and under. Great for improving quality of sleep, provide more energy and increase concentration.
