Refund and Cancellation Policy
I do not do cash refunds, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, whether it is a product from the Shop or a body work service, please inform me and we will make the best decision on how to move forward, together.
Appointments may be rescheduled with no penalty within 3 hours of appointment time. If they are cancelled within 1 hours of appointment the client will forfeit their appointment and any money paid. If the client does not call or show up, they will forfeit their appointment and any money paid.
