We talk about stress a lot in a superficial way, like a buzz word, just like depression and anxiety…but not a lot of us know truly how stress is wreaking havoc on our bodies, our minds, and in our lives. We talk about chemical imbalances but don’t even acknowledge what that means. All stress isn’t bad, but bad stress, prolonged stress lowers your quality of life DRAMATICALLY. The more and more I talk about this with clients, the more I realize how much misinformation and lack of information and (re)education we need.
During this webinar, I will be sharing what stress is from a physical, psychological and emotional stand point… *Symptoms of stress…weight gain, irritability, anger, anxiety, depression, etc
*How our habits keep us in a cycle of stress.
*How our stress strains (and sometimes stifles) relationships with others and much more
I will also be sharing practices that you can realistically implement daily on your own and other practices that you can do with assistance.
