Sound Immersion River Cruise

This experience will be fusing somatic movement and reflection, guided meditation, and sound bathing to create a unqiue meditation on the element of water.

Water represents life, emotions, fertility, flexibility and rejuvenation, and by tapping into these characteristics intentionally, it can and will be a transformative experience.

Need to know:

1. Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check in and so our departure is not delayed. Please make sure you use the bathroom before hand. 
2. Wear comfortable, loose, flowy clothing for your comfort and for the best experience
3. Leave all expectations at home, arrive in a receptive space in your heart.
