Sonic Flow

Join us for a restorative evening designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and return to your truest self. As the sun sets, we’ll move through a gentle, all-levels yoga flow that honors every body — especially beginners. This practice will focus on releasing tension, deepening the breath, and softening the places where we hold ourselves back.

Following the movement, you’ll be invited to fully surrender during a soothing sound bath. Let waves of crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments wash over you, bringing balance to your nervous system and restoring a sense of harmony within.
