Tailored for individuals embarking on a journey to well-being, this collective endeavor intertwines the mesmerizing art of aura photography with profound intuitive energy and somatic practices.

What this experience will look like: As you enter you will work with Kristen who will provide an intutive aura photography  session, which will give you an indepth reading of your current energetic experience. You will then work with Ferzana who will do a group somatic exercise workshop to reconnect you with your body and address and release blockages or misalignment in key areas. Next you will have an individual energy work session with Carmen, who will use the aura photography reading and self reported experiences from the somatic workshop to assist. On your way out, you will recieve another aura photography session to show in real time how the exercises and interventions have effected your measurable energy.
