Creating A Shift

This is a 4 week workshop aimed at creating a lasting shift in our collective energy field. We will meet Tuesdays 6:30-8:00 PM April 9th-April 30th.

This event will be curated and facilitated by Kellie Norrgard & Carmen Mims. Kellie is a sound therapist, energy healer and massage therapist. She will be creating a unique and intuitively led sound therapy experience using many different sound tools such as brass and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other percussive instruments. Carmen is an integrative massage therapist and energy healer. Throughout the session, she will be doing hands-on energy healing, a unique fusion of acupressure and divine healing energy to assist and deepen what is received. As we know (or don't know and will learn lol), everything operates on a specific frequency, tangible and intangible things. Of course there are actions that we have to take to get what we desire, but aligning with the nature of a thing, attracts it with much more ease and allows us to have a much better experience during our pursuits. Our intention for creating this event is to assist others in making space within & raising their frequency to match the outcomes of the intentions and goals. What to bring: An open mind Yoga mat or towel Blankets, bolsters, pillows, or anything else that will make you more comfortable and your journal if you'd like to do some self reflection.
