A massage designed specifically for your needs! I use a fusion of many techniques that come from styles such as swedish, deep tissue, sports, neuromuscular, shiatsu, mobility, and stretching to provide you with the most effective, relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
ASSISTED STRETCHING
I will guide your body through a flowing sequence of yoga-based stretches, while applying rhythmic pressure along energy pathways. This style treats the whole body and is relaxing yet energizing and will benefit people at all levels of flexibility. This massage is performed while you are fully clothed so be sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing.

An integrative approach to what most of us know as prenatal massage, it includes the use of essential oils, acupressure, Chinese shiatsu, myofascial and diaphragm release in addition to a swedish flow and is designed to support and nurture a woman during the myriad of changes she and her body undergoes before and after delivery
"Elementals" is a true retreat into yourself. This service includes each one of the elemental ceremonies, in a blissful afternoon of exploration and reconnection with your body, mind, and spirit.
We will start with the Earth ceremony that focuses on your feet and progress through 4 more levels that target key areas of the body.
